These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VoiceTasks mobile application ("App") provided by VoiceTasks ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using VoiceTasks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
VoiceTasks is a voice-first task management application designed for iOS devices. The App allows you to:
You must be at least 13 years old to use VoiceTasks. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
VoiceTasks does not require account creation. Your data is stored locally on your device and, optionally, synced through Apple's iCloud services using your Apple ID. You are responsible for:
VoiceTasks offers both free and premium subscription tiers. The free tier includes limited features, while premium subscriptions unlock additional functionality.
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to Apple's terms and conditions for in-app purchases and subscriptions.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VoiceTasks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:
You retain ownership of all content you create using VoiceTasks (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content - it remains entirely yours and is stored only on your device.
VoiceTasks integrates with Apple services (Reminders, Calendar, Speech Recognition). Your use of these services is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of Apple's services.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Voice recognition and AI task extraction may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying extracted task information before relying on it.
While VoiceTasks is designed with ADHD and dyslexia in mind, it is not a medical device or treatment. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult healthcare professionals for medical concerns.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoiceTasks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceTasks and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by posting updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VoiceTasks regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
