VoiceTasks ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our iOS application.
Our core principle: Your data stays on your device. VoiceTasks is designed with privacy-first architecture. All voice processing and task management happens locally on your iPhone - we never see your tasks, hear your voice, or access your personal information.

We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Your tasks exist only on your device and, optionally, in Apple's ecosystem (iCloud via Reminders) which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

If you consent to analytics, we use Mixpanel to collect anonymous usage data. Mixpanel is GDPR-compliant and SOC 2 Type II certified. Analytics data includes only behavioral events (e.g., "opened app", "created task") - never your task content or personal information.
You can opt-out of analytics at any time in Settings, and we will delete your anonymous analytics data upon request.

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have immediate and complete control over your information. No request to us is necessary - you can exercise all rights directly within the app or iOS Settings.

VoiceTasks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Because all personal data remains on your device, there are no international data transfers of your personal information. The only exception is if you opt-in to analytics, in which case anonymous, aggregated data may be processed by Mixpanel (headquartered in the USA with GDPR-compliant data processing agreements).
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by posting the new policy on this page with an updated "Last modified" date.

TL;DR: Your voice and tasks stay on your device. We don't have servers storing your data. If you opt-in to anonymous analytics, we only see that you used a feature - never what you said or wrote. You're in complete control.
